IN RESPONSE TO THE ONGOING CORONA VIRUS THIS PRACTICE IS NOW LIMITING ALL FACE TO FACE CONTACTS WITH PATIENTS. ALL ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM THE HEALTH BOARD. IF YOU NEED TO SEE A GP IN AN EMERGENCY PLEASE TELEPHONE THE SURGERY 028 90776600 AND LEAVE A DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SYMPTOMS. WHILST WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY A GP WILL CALL YOU BACK. New Patient Registration

Patients can register with the Practice upon production of a valid medical card.

You will be given a new patient registration appointment with the practice nurse and an appointment to see the doctor. It is vital that you keep these appointments.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

You may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.

Changes to Personal Details

If you change your name, address or your telephone number please let the surgery have your new details.
