The receptionists are usually your first point of contact with the surgery. They will try to meet all of your requirements. Due to COVID 19 regulations and in order to judge the urgency of your request for GP telephone triage the staff will need you to answer a few questions. It is important that you inform the reception staff of any change of address, or telephone number etc. this will help ensure that hospitals have the correct details when sending out for appointments. Please note that the Practice operates a zero tolerance policy on the abuse of staff, any patient who abuses the reception staff will be removed from our patient list.
