COVID-19 PANDEMIC

IN RESPONSE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC THIS PRACTICE IS NOW LIMITING ALL FACE TO FACE CONTACTS WITH PATIENTS. ALL ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM THE HEALTH BOARD. IF YOU NEED TO SEE A GP IN AN EMERGENCY PLEASE TELEPHONE THE SURGERY ON 028 90776600 AND LEAVE A DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SYMPTOMS. WHILST WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY A GP WILL CALL YOU BACK. Our manager is responsible for the management and administration of the Practice and all non-clinical aspects of your health care. If you have any queries, comments or suggestions about services offered by the Practice, he will be happy to discuss these with you.

Reception

The receptionists are usually your first point of contact with the surgery. They will try to meet all of your requirements. In order to do this they sometimes need to judge the urgency of your request and may need you to answer a few questions. Please do not blame the receptionists if the doctor is running late for your appointment. It is important that you inform the reception staff of any change of address, or telephone number etc. this will help ensure that hospitals have the correct details when sending out for appointments. Please note that the Practice operates a zero tolerance policy on the abuse of staff, any patient who abuses the reception staff will be removed from our patient list
